1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to order from this Website (19 years or older if a resident of Alabama, Alaska, or Utah).

2. Shipping and delivery

There are no freight or shipping cost. We use Finnish Post Office for all deliveries and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Normally we ship ordered products in same day when the order is placed or next regular working day.

Delivery time depend on the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. Your products will be sent directly to your home address. Larger shipments have to be collected at your local post-office. You can follow your shipment at order tracking page and if there are any problems of the shipment, please contact us. We make reservations for the liability of delays caused by any third parties in supply chain.

3. Confirmation

We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact Icetool Shop customer service.

4. Payment options

we accept VISA and Mastercard. When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner Finnish Luottokunta (http://www.luottokunta.fi/en/) to guarantee secure payments. This is how it works:
- Choose your credit card type i.e. (Visa or Mastercard), state your card number and validation date.
- A control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money on your account.
- The money is reserved on your account. This means that you have no access to the amount but it has not yet been transferred to Icetool Helski Oy.
- The same day the products are shipped Luottokunta will transfer the money to Icetool Helsinki Oy.

5. Transportation

Icetool Helsinki Oy accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are missing during the return transport.

6. Return policy

You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to Icetool Helsinki customer service via email or regular mail.

The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) invoice number c) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of both pages). State the cause of the return on the back side of the invoice! You will have to pay the freight cost for the return. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.

Icetool guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact Customer service at Icetool without delay or at the latest within 14 days after reception. Customer service will take care of your complaint and send you a return label with pre-paid postage.

Return the product in the state that it was received followed by a damage or error report. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with the invoice. State the cause of the return on the back side of the invoice.

IMPORTANT! You must contact Icetool Customer service before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid.The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated.

7. Non picked up goods

If we receive packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 10 days.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between you and Icetool Helsinki Oy shall be governed by Finnish Law. Icetool Helsinki follows the recommendations of the Finnish Consumer Authority.

9. ICETOOL guarantee

All Icetools are made under the highest quality control. Icetool snus portioners are made of stainless steel or aluminum to ensure a very strong construction.

Lifetime guarantee excludes the o-ring, the packaging and normal tear and wear. If you have any problems with Icetool quality, please contact us directly and we will replace your Icetool portioner.
